Welcome, I'm Sana - a sound practitioner, teacher, and bodywork practitioner.

Alongside teaching certified and diploma pathways in multi‑instrument sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy, I also provide private expert tuition specialising in Gongs and Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls for those wanting focused, personalised training and mentoring.

I began my career in science and teaching before following my passion for the healing arts. Along the way, I have trained as a teacher in mindfulness, meditation, and qigong, and went on to gain qualifications in sound healing and massage therapies, specialising in reflexology and aromatherapy.

By weaving together science and holistic practice, I create experiences that are grounding, restorative, and deeply supportive.
