Holding space, giving people permission to rest, deeply relax and nourish, fills my heart with such joy. Thank you to one and all.

I was born in London and grew up in a cultural tapestry both in family and setting, all which have lent themselves to shaping much of who I am today. Hard work, the importance of education, spirituality, kindness, and community were values instilled in me. I often feel I have reaped the benefit of having one foot in two different worlds, not only culturally, but in terms of career too.

I majored in Biochemistry and Forensic Science and embarked on a long teaching career. However, not being able to shake the bigger calling of life to immerse myself into the magic of nature, books, spirituality, and all things heart-spaced, I became drawn to work as a sound healer/teacher, meditation teacher, and massage therapist! Being fully and appropriately qualified in each of my holistic fields means I only deliver the highest of quality experiences.

Combining science with the small miracles and mysteries of the arts of healing is what I'm all about and if you enjoy an easy atmosphere, casual bouts of humour and deep peace and rest, then I could be the practitioner/teacher destined for you!
